The series uses candids of friends and lovers, intimate still life portraits, pictures of drugs and hangovers, and everything in-between to highlight the Gen Z experience. Itโ€™s an honest, vulnerable, and borderline spiritual documentation of Leeโ€™s โ€œcoming of ageโ€.

โ€œThe photographs [โ€ฆ] are filled with a certain nostalgia, but not the typical nostalgia that can cause work to feel treacle or forced. Instead, thereโ€™s a sense of nostalgia for something that Lee may have once had, or perhaps believed he should have had. In other words, thereโ€™s a sense of longing in these photographs. And itโ€™s pervasive. Itโ€™s longing for the love Lee sees. Itโ€™s longing for the joy. And itโ€™s sometimes an acknowledgment of exactly where heโ€™s at: even if that place feels like shit.โ€
